Just finished closing on a condo sale with Andrew at LUXE. I can honestly say I could not have been happier. Andrew kept me fully informed of what was going on through the entire process including the showings, pending offers, all the way through the closing. This was particularly satisfying since I was working with him sight unseen as I live in Pennsylvania and the condo was in Sarasota. He was the second realtor to list the property for me. The first one I had to call constantly to find out what was going on and in the 6 months he had it we had maybe 3-4 showings. No offers. The first realtor said it wouldn't sell now till "The Season". Agent of the Year We met with Andrew in pre-covid January, viewed several homes, narrowed our wish list and returned to Georgia. Planned to put our lake home on the market in March. When the world shut down, Andy kept in touch sending homes to view through email. We had a cash offer on our home and the next day, after a virtual tour with Andrew, put an offer in on a beautiful home in Lakewood Ranch. Within a week, our buyer had purchased a larger home and backed out of our deal, leaving us in a bind. Andy was instrumental in reassuring the seller’s agent that this deal could go through.
