Just finished closing on a condo sale with Andrew at LUXE. I can honestly say I could not have been happier. Andrew kept me fully informed of what was going on through the entire process including the showings, pending offers, all the way through the closing. This was particularly satisfying since I was working with him sight unseen as I live in Pennsylvania and the condo was in Sarasota. He was the second realtor to list the property for me.
